We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee and in most circumstances you may return any product within 7 days for a prompt refund or exchange without affecting your statutory rights. Postage is NOT refundable. Also, we are willing to exchange products but you must enclose the relevant additional postage with the returned goods in order for the exchange to take place.

Damaged Items
In the unfortunate event that the goods arrive damaged please contact us as soon as possible. All damages must be notified to us within 7 days from the posting date.

Returns & Exhanges Procedure

Please email , fax +44 (0) 15395 52064 or telephone +44 (0) 15395 52394 quoting your details, what you wish to return or exchange and the reason for its return. As soon as we receive your notification we will provide you with a unique returns number that should be written on the outside of the packaging in the top left hand corner.

In most circumstances you may return products within 7 days for a refund or exchange it for another item without affecting your statutory rights. To return or exchange goods, please quote your invoice number, which can be found on the top right hand side of the invoice that came with your order. All queries regarding your order must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Customers returning orders after 7 days will receive a credit note that can be used towards future purchases.

Goods must be returned in good condition and carefully repacked in their original packaging. Once we receive your returned order (with your returns number written on the top left hand corner of the package) we will be able to process a refund or replacement as required.

Postage is NOT REFUNDABLE unless the product is found to be faulty as a result of a manufacturing fault.

To Exchange Goods we apply the following:
Please contact us with your credit/debit card details when returning goods to cover the delivery cost of the new item so as to ensure prompt re-delivery.

The following charges will apply for all refunds:

£2.00 to refund to Credit / Debit Cards.
£2.00 to refund for Cheques.
The above charges will be deducted from your Credit/Debit card or, if original your order was paid by Internet Banking, cheque or postal order, then we will refund your account or send a cheque or postal order back minus the deductions.
NB - Postage for the original purchase is non-refundable.

*These charges go towards those made by the banks, for handling refunds on Credit/Debit Cards and for writing cheques, which are beyond our control! We don't like doing this but as we donate all the calendar profits and 10% of other sales to Greyhound Rescue and strive to keep our prices as fair as possible we hope you find this nominal charge acceptable.
