Packaging
All items being sent by post are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Despatch Times
Upon receipt of 'cleared funds' we will endeavour to despatch calendars and cards the same or next day but due to demand this may take a little longer. However, we will endeavour to deliver your order as early as we possibly can.
With regards to prints the delivery time depends upon whether we are required to check a proof and the size and type of print required. If our supplier requires a proof check so as to ensure the colours etc. are correct this may delay delivery by a couple of days or so. However, with larger prints and stretched canvases a proof check is recommended. The proof is generally included with the print for the customer to frame as they so wish.

J & S Stott Limited will deliver products worldwide and if posted, then the postage rates will be according to the type of packaging and the destination of the purchaser.

Collection from Witherslack
If you wish to pre-order items for collection from our office in Witherslack (Cumbria) please phone us with your order and payment details then call in and collect them when you are next passing.

United Kingdom consists of (England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and all BFPO Boxes).

Orders to the Channel Islands are classed as UK deliveries providing a postcode is placed on the order. Orders are sent by Royal Mail or courier depending upon the item(s) ordered.
